Norvina Cosmetics: Pro Pigment Palette Vol. 6
Context
Claudia “Norvina” Soare, president of Anastasia Beverly Hills and the creative force behind the Norvina Collection, launched Pro Pigment Palette Vol. 6 in 2022. The palette was designed as a festival-inspired rainbow of color, with 25 bold face-and-body shades. To mark the release, the campaign video needed to capture the palette’s electric, high-energy personality and present it in a way that would stand out across social media platforms.
The Campaign Video
The campaign was produced as a dynamic dance-driven film featuring Norvina and a group of neon-clad performers. The set was built as a dark, moody stage where light itself became the architecture. Laser Banding beams in vivid hues matched the palette’s neon shades and the performers’ wardrobe, turning the air into ribbons and planes of colored light. The choreography, makeup, and lasers came together in sync, creating a spectacle that felt more like a music video or live show than a conventional beauty ad.
Laser Design
PRECISION designed and operated the laser environment for the shoot. Using Laser Banding, beams appeared as suspended bands of light, captured directly in-camera. Each laser color was chosen to reflect the key tones of the palette — hot pinks, greens, purples, and blues — so that the lighting echoed the product’s color story. The beams swept around Norvina and the dancers, forming luminous walls and shapes that pulsed with the music. The practical laser light illuminated the performers and their makeup dynamically, blending seamlessly with haze and wardrobe to give the footage depth and texture.
Reception
The campaign video was released across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads, with different edits tailored to each platform. Beauty media described the palette as a “festival-inspired rainbow,” and the visuals echoed that identity with their bold, neon look. Fans responded enthusiastically to the high-energy aesthetic, noting how the lasers amplified the atmosphere and made the launch video feel like a performance event.
